In short

We don't track you. No cookies, no third-party services, no data shared with anyone. We just count how many people visit the site so we know what content is appreciated.

What we collect

To get a rough picture of site traffic, we collect anonymised data when you visit:

Which page you visited (e.g. /menu)
Date (not time of day)
A one-way hash of your IP + today's date + a secret salt — so we can count that the same visitor loaded several pages without knowing who you are

What we DON'T do

Set any cookies or localStorage values
Track you over time (the hash changes daily)
Store your IP, name, email or other personal data
Share anything with third parties (Google, Meta, etc.)
Profile you or build advertising audiences

How long is data kept

Aggregated traffic data (visits per day per page) is kept for up to 2 years for trend analysis. The anonymised unique-visitor hash is cleared after 90 days.
