How it all started

Vadbinderiet has roots from the days when fishing supported the islanders. Here, fishing nets were tied, mended and tarred — and surely a fishing tale or two has been shared between bowl and wall. Today we serve you food and drink almost all day long.

You can almost picture it. The sun has just risen and you begin the day with our breakfast on the porch. After lunch and a swim in the sea you come back to refresh yourselves with something from our family-friendly selection of coffee, sweets and ice cream. When the sun has cooled you pick from our menu of warm dishes and refresh yourselves with something cold in the glass.
